Q.38. What benefits do believers receive from Christ at the resurrection?

A. At the resurrection, believers being raised up in glory,[w] shall be openly acknowledged and acquitted in the day of judgment,[x] and made perfectly blessed in the full enjoying of God[y] to all eternity.[z]

We are here taught,

1. That at the resurrection believers shall be raised up in glory.

2. That believers shall be openly acknowledged by Christ at the day of judgment.

3. That believers are acquitted by Christ in the judgment.

4. That believers shall be made perfectly blessed in the enjoyment of God.

5. That believers shall enjoy God through all eternity.
